PREPARATION
The Crema Ruavieja is made following the authentic tradition of the distillate. It is never easy to create a cream liqueur that is rich in flavor and potent without falling into cloying excess. To do this, Ruavieja relied on its long experience and the best products in order to achieve a perfect balance. The history of Ruavieja dates back to 1889, when the Rodríguez Ovalle winegrowing family began to shape a secret that has remained intact for four generations. The secret of a life dedicated to the production of top quality liqueurs and spirits from the best selected Galician pomace.

Nose: Combined aromas of cocoa, caramel, roasted coffee and light notes of praline.
Mouth: Sweet and balanced on the palate, unctuous, persistent in flavor. The finish is long, smooth and pleasant.
