PREPARATION

Craigellachie 33 Years whiskey was distilled in 1983, without cold filtering and without caramel coloring. This whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV. Craigellachie features unusual production processes that give the whiskey flavors of tropical fruit along with a distinctive heavy, meaty and "sulfuric" character that combine harmoniously. Craigellachie was created in 1891 as a mixing ingredient. It has been sold as a Single Malt since 2014. It quickly established itself as a collectible whiskey, especially since Craigellachie 31 Year Old won the "World's Best Whiskey" award.

Almost electric on the palate. It combines stone fruits, refreshing minerality and bitter herbs. Very long finish.
