Description

Winemaking

The Courvoisier VS cognac is a blend of several crus aged between 3 and 7 years in Limousin oak barrels, which provides fine tannins to the final product. It is the youngest expression of the world-famous Cognac Courvoisier house and perfectly fuses classic with modern. This VS comprises a blend of delicate floral crus from the Fins Bois region with a balanced hand of robust Petite Champagne. Its character comes from the distillery's care in all the production processes from the terroir, the grapes, the barrels and aging. This care for all the details of the production is one of the values of the brand's identity, which translates into products with guaranteed excellence. Despite being one of the "big four" cognac producers, Courvoisier remains dedicated to craftsmanship and quality, using only the region's four best crus and fine-grained French Limousin oak barrels for its aging process.

Tasting notes

View: Amber color.

Nose: Bouquet full of ripe fruits and spring flowers. The calcareous soil of Fins Bois gives it a touch of ripe fruits in its aroma.

Mouth: Fruity and delicate flavor. Finishes in a quick and very warm wood tone fade.
