PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Condado De Haza Reserva wine is made in the traditional way with destemming and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and then rests in the bottle until it is released to the market.
TASTING
View:
Reddish color with a violet hue.
Nose:
The nose contains aromas of ripe black fruit with spicy, balsamic and roasted touches.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has a powerful and creamy entry with integrated acidity. Aftertaste of black fruit with toasted, smoky and spicy notes. Recommended temperature: serve between 12-14ºC.
