PREPARATION

The quality of Hennessy VSOP cognac is not only in its Premium ingredients, but also in its preparation from the Ugni Blanc grape with 60 spirits from the first four areas of the Cognac region. It is subsequently aged for up to 15 years in French oak barrels, until it reaches its optimal state, where it acquires a sweet and soft texture and delicate aromas, which translate into superb complexity in the mouth.

TASTING

View: Light amber color.

Nose: Delicate aromas, with notes of very elegant wood that are electrified by spicy flashes of cinnamon and ripe fruit.

Mouth: Soft notes of licorice, with sweet nuances of honey. The aromas are amplified in the mouth allowing the toasted almond and candied fruit to seduce us with a wonderful complexity.
