Created by Maurice Fillioux, sixth generation of Hennessy Master Blenders, in 1979, Hennessy Paradis cognac is known for its voluptuous and harmonious aroma. Maurice liked to combine brandy like a conductor who guides the instruments and his passion for art led him to create Hennessy Paradis as an ode to symphonic music and as a representation of his personality, combining softness and strength. Its name, Paradis, comes from the winery of the same name, an exclusive place within the Hennessy house where only the most select spirits are aged for more than fifty years in oak barrels. It is made with spirits aged between twenty-five and one hundred years in very old barrels, they come from the best vintages and are a reflection of the personality of such a delicious cognac: flexible, light and round. They are blended into an excellent cognac defined by its elegant and silky character, highlighting its finely nuanced and harmoniously balanced aromatic qualities.

Nose: It exudes floral notes of dried rose and honeysuckle, supported by intense notes of red fruits and spices.

Mouth: An elegant and silky texture extends to a tasty, deep and persistent finish. Honey, dried flowers, truffles and mild spices come to the fore in a fusion of flavors. Delicate notes of cinnamon, cardamom and fruit give way to perfumes of dried rose petals and sweet heather jam.
