PREPARATION
The Pineau Delpech Fougerat cognacs are made in the land of Cognac, in France. Made from cognac and grape must from the Winery's own strains: Ugni blanc, Montils, Cabernet and Merlot. And they are aged in oak barrels for three years in the cellars of Les Brûleries Modernes. This combination gives them a surprising aroma and flavor.
TASTING

Nose: The nose is aromatic, both woody and fruity.
Mouth: In the mouth it is lively and round with aromas of forest fruits and stone fruits. The finish is rich and sustained.
