Winemaking
The Pineau Delpech Fougerat cognacs are made in the land of Cognac, in France. Made from cognac and grape must from the Winery's own strains: Ugni blanc, Montils, Cabernet and Merlot. Delpech Fougerat Pineau Blanc is aged in oak barrels for 3 years and is made with cognac and must from the oldest strains of Ugni Blanc (40 years) and Montils (local grape) from Les Brûleries Modernes. This combination gives it a surprising aroma and flavor.
