PRODUCTION
The City of London gin is distilled in small batches according to a closely guarded botanical recipe that includes juniper, coriander, and citrus fruits. All of them are carefully blended by the master distiller to create a flavorful and classic gin.
TASTING
Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Nose:
Spicy, piney juniper aroma with tart pink grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Also subtle notes of celery, sage, and Parma violet.
Palate:
Clean and full of character. It is a classic London Dry gin with pleasant Parma violet, orris root, licorice, tart citrus, and an invigorating black pepper syrup.
