PREPARATION
The Citadelle gin is inspired by a first gin produced in France, but the distillery that produces it is located in the southwestern corner of France and during the low season, when they could not legally distill Cognac (the product for which it is best known), they began to distill gin.
The 19 aromatic plants and botanicals that make up Citadelle are infused, depending on their profile, between one and four days; a crucial moment for Citadelle to acquire its distinguished character. It is then distilled in small copper stills over a live flame to develop its flexibility and voluptuous character in the mouth.

Nose: Delicate aromas of fresh flowers highlighted by stronger citrus notes. Once served, it emanates more intense herbal notes of juniper and anise; Next, the spicy side of cinnamon softens the nose giving an extremely delicious dimension to the gin.
Mouth: Elegant, soft and persistent. On the palate, juniper gives way to a long, voluptuous and spicy fragrance. A perfect balance between intensity and delicacy.
