Description
PREPARATION
Chic Gin is made by manually selecting eight botanicals native to Galicia: juniper (Juniperus communis), angelica (Angelica archangelica), cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) and lemon peels (Citrus x limon) and mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata).
Maceration is carried out between the second and third distillation.
