To make the Château Petit Val Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Valentina wine, a manual harvest is carried out in boxes and a selection of the harvest is carried out in a cold room. It has a cold film maceration. Comprehensive vinification and aging in jars. Production of about 900 bottles.
