PREPARATION
Grapes: Riesling.
To make Château Petit Val Cuvée Orfèvre du Val a manual harvest is carried out in boxes and there is a process of selecting the harvest on the plot and in the winery. Preservation of the harvest in a cold room. It has a cold skin maceration and vinification and aging in Eggonum French oak wood vats and in glass globes. Production of approximately 1,700 bottles.
