Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon - 33% Merlot - 7% Petit Verdot. Château Marquis de Terme 4ème Grand Cru Classé is produced on a vineyard area of 39.5 hectares. The terroir is typical Margaux gravel, composed of quartz and quartzite, where the Cabernet Sauvignon gives its best. The average age of the vines is 35 years. It is a hand-harvested wine matured for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which are new, and then bottled at the Château following the classic Médoc method.
TASTING
View: Deep maroon purple color.
Nose:
Aromas of blackberry compote, blueberry pie and creme de cassis with hints of menthol, tobacco and cedar.
Mouth: It has a palate with serious body, firm and ripe tannins and an ideal freshness to support the pure and pronounced black fruits, finally it has a menthol touch.
Service temperature: 16ºC.
