PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Taittinger Cuvée Prestige Brut is made from a high percentage of Chardonnay grapes combined with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes from 35 different vineyards and different vintages, which have reached a perfect degree of maturity. To fully develop its aromatic potential, this Champagne remains aged in the cellar for a period of 3 to 4 years on its lees.
TASTING
View: Pale gold color with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Aromas of berries, flowers and earth with subtle notes of white fruit.
Mouth: Soft, with a round, creamy texture and elegant toasted nuances, with a wide fruity dimension.
