Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
After more than 30 months in contact with the yeasts, Roger Goulart Brut Nature Reserva cava is obtained, concentrated in nuances and aging notes that perfectly complement the fruity tones of the base wine, as well as a fine bubble well integrated into the whole, with a minimum aging in the cellar of 24 months.
TASTING
View: Pale yellow color, clean and bright. Abundant and fine bubbles.
Nose: The fresh fruit stands out harmonized on a creamy background with tones of bakery and dried fruits.
Mouth: In the mouth it is very fresh and balanced, quite structured and harmonious despite the total absence of added sugars.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
