Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Muscat.
The destemmed and pressed grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, closing the tanks hermetically when the wine reaches 7% alcohol volume, thus acquiring the carbon dioxide and the desired amount of residual sugar.
TASTING
View: Straw yellow color, fine and elegant bubbles.
Nose: Powerful and intense aromas, a background of white flowers, peach, ripe apricot and orange blossom.
Mouth: In the mouth it is sweet, well balanced with acidity. Fresh, with a certain body, long and attractive aftertaste.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
