PREPARATION
Grapes: Airén and Moscatel.
The great novelty of Aviva Gold lies in the effect that is generated when shaking the bottle, when a mixture of the product components is produced that creates a sensation similar to that of a living golden flame (gold) that grows and moves inside, thanks to the natural microparticles it has, it generates a flame effect inside the bottle when shaken. It is made with Moscatel and Airén grapes, which provide it with a warm, sweet and fruity flavor. It is a partially fermented wine, so it has residual sugar. This means that its sugars are not completely transformed into alcohol, which means a lower amount of alcohol.
TASTING
View: Straw yellow color with amber reflections and an attractive metallic effect in gold.
Nose: White flowers, citrus fruits especially grapefruit and orange peel.
Mouth: Sweet with balanced and integrated acidity.
