Grapes: Airén and Moscatel.
Aviva Blue Sky has a great visual impact when moving the bottle, the result of a 100% artisanal process, no applied science, thanks to the natural microparticles it has, it generates a flame effect inside the bottle when shaken. It is made with Moscatel and Airén grapes, which provide it with a warm, sweet and fruity flavor. It is a partially fermented wine, so it has residual sugar. This means that its sugars are not completely transformed into alcohol, which means a lower amount of alcohol.
Tasting notes
View: Bright blue color, accompanied by an attractive metallic effect in gold, in conjunction with a slow and uniform release of small bubbles.
Nose: Sparkling aromas reminiscent of white flowers, citrus, especially grapefruit and orange peel.
Mouth: It is sweet, pleasant and slightly persistent in the palate, with balanced and integrated acidity.
Food pairing
