Born from aging in specially selected casks of Solera PX Viejo, founded in 1902, Carlos I PX is a unique Solera Gran Reserva Brandy that offers a sensory journey towards fine fruity aromas, intertwined with elegant sweet touches of roasted cocoa and licorice that come from these unique casks that have aged for more than 100 years the most awarded Pedro Ximénez wine of the Osborne house.
Tasting notes

Mahogany color, with intense reddish highlights.
Nose:
Notes of caramelized oak wood, roasted cocoa, black licorice, in perfect harmony with the notes of raisins and fig bread from the Solera PX Viejo.
Mouth:
Velvety, with a mouthfeel lengthened by elegant touches of caramelized oak and hints of raisins.
Food pairing
Ideal as a digestif to enjoy with grapes or prunes, or with dark chocolate with fleur de sel.
