Description
PREPARATION
The Carlos I brandy is made with a careful selection of the best grape wines of the Airén variety distilled through artisanal methods in Arab alquitaras. It is aged for more than 15 years in 500-liter American oak barrels that previously contained the most select sherry wines, amontillado and Oloroso. Aging is carried out by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras, in which young distillates are mixed with older ones, thus revealing an extraordinary brandy.
TASTING
View: Beautiful deep amber with bold golden touches.
Nose: Intensely aromatic and elegant, delicious notes of vanilla and cocoa.
Mouth: In the mouth it is broad, deep, persistent, and balanced, with frank retronasal sensations. Slightly domed. Muy elegante.
