The mackerel is a very small wild fish from the Galician Rías. The specimens chosen for the preparation of this preserve come from the Atlantic Ocean and are made by hand, achieving their particular and admired flavor. They undergo a careful process of roasting, grilling and packing manually, then they are watered with olive oil. It is presented in whole pieces, with its characteristic color, a compact texture and an excellent aroma and flavor. We recommend tasting it fresh, around 10º-12º. It is ideal for maintaining healthy and balanced diets due to its protein, vitamin and Omega-3 content.

They are made in an artisanal way, taking care of the canning and packaging by hand, selecting and placing each piece in the can to guarantee the best presentation at the time of tasting.
