Bunnahabhain Cruach Mhona is a single malt Scotch whiskey, the first created as a limited and exclusive edition for Travel Retail, whose light golden tone hides a whiskey with deeply complex flavors. An energetic explosion of herbal and fruit malt is followed by a rich, aromatic and spicy peat smoke. This peat glass combines the delicate, salty sea mist with the sweet aroma of burnt grass to create a lingering smoky flavor. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
The Bunnahabhain Cruach Mhona whiskey [pronounced croo-ach vona] is the only Bunnahabhain Mòine (peated malt) whiskey available exclusively to Travel Retail. Located at the end of a small single track road on the banks of the Sound of Islay, Bunnahabhain is known for its spectacular setting and delicious single malt whiskey on Islay and is the only distillery on the island using pure spring water drawn from the Margadale River. They also use 2 types of malted barley and their whiskeys undergo a double distillation process.
TASTING
View: Pale gold color.
Nose: Aroma of crisp and lively sweet peat, with herbal hay, dry smoke and burning grass.
Mouth: It starts light, malty and sweet and evolves into smoky white pepper and seaweed salinity. Persistent dry smoky finish with seaweed and spices.
