PREPARATION
Brecon Gin Special Reserve, from the Penderyn Distillery, in Wales, is a 100% gin made from aromatic herbs from the 4 corners of the world. 100% grain. Its characteristic flavor comes from the mixture of 10 botanicals (orange and lemon peel, cinnamon, licorice, angelica and orris root, coriander, cinnamon bark, juniper berries) with barley and Brecon Beacons spring water. It is distilled 5 times.TASTING

TransparentNose: It is elegant and shows citrus and juniper notes, leaving the alcoholic note in the background.
Mouth:
Three clear notes: juniper, a citrus and spicy note of coriander, a soft citrus note and a plane of cinnamon. It is very tasty and its alcoholic note is very well integrated in the background. The finish is of medium intensity.Reviews
