Description
PREPARATION
The Torres 10 brandy is made with Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes, traditional Catalan white varieties, and is aged in American oak barrels. As the years go by, the aging using the traditional Soleras system in American oak barrels begins to take effect and the distillate and the butts merge in intimate harmony, the elegant and fatty nuances of the oak with the intense and spirited aroma of the venerable Hollands that give character to the Torres 10 Gran Reserva brandy.
TASTING
View:
Dark mahogany color, with noble reflections of old gold.
Nose:
Intense aroma, exhibiting a lively bouquet with warm notes of spices (cinnamon and vanilla).
Mouth:
On the palate it is fatty and rich in tannins, evolving towards a pompous and persistent finish in the mouth, in which the aromatic nuances of the oak are manifested.
