PREPARATION
Brandy Solariego is made from natural spirits distilled from white wines and aged for a minimum of 15 months in American oak butts that have previously contained top quality Finos de Montilla wines through the traditional Criaderas and Soleras system.
TASTING
View: Dark iodized amber color with mahogany reflections.
Nose: Complex and deep aromas with notes of oak and dried fruits.
Mouth: Intense, broad, very persistent on the palate with nuances of old oak.
