Winemaking
Brandy Soberano is obtained from 100% wine distillate aged in American oak casks, previously vinified with Sherry wine, through the traditional Criaderas and Soleras system. Its aging period is at least one year.
Tasting notes
View: Amber color with gold reflections.
Nose: Fragrant bouquet with touches of oak wood mixed with dried fruits.
Mouth: Full-bodied, round, tasty, smooth and pleasant on the palate.
