Hidalgo Dosientos is an exceptional Brandy de Jerez, which has been made since 1792 in American oak casks. On the occasion of the second centenary of the winery, they begin to bottle this select brandy, with such characteristic aromas and flavor. Description
PREPARATION
Hidalgo 200 is a brandy made according to traditional methods with spirits obtained in alquitaras. The Hollandas are carefully selected, since they must be of extraordinary quality, both on the nose and on the palate, maintaining the memories of the wine from which they come. And they are aged in century-old American oak wood casks previously seasoned with sherry wine.
This exceptional brandy was released on the market on the occasion of the bicentennial of the founding of Bodegas Hidalgo.
TASTING
View: Amber with old mahogany reflections, of great luminosity.
Nose: Pleasant aromas. Very fragrant, of old oak and almonds.
Mouth: Warm and slightly burning flavor. Dry, delicate, complex and persistent.
