Description
PREPARATION
Conde de Osborne Dalí is a Brandy Solera Gran Reserva with Brandy de Jerez Designation, produced by Bodegas Osborne in El Puerto de Santa María. It is obtained from holandas and low-alcohol wine spirit (65º), which is aged in American oak butts previously seasoned with Pedro Ximénez sherry wine following the traditional dynamic aging system of Criaderas y Soleras for more than 10 years.
In 1964 Osborne commissioned Salvador Dalí to design a bottle and label for this unique and exceptional brandy. Its white porcelain bottle is an authentic work of sculpture, reflecting the spirit, class and elegance of one of the great names in the history of Sherry brandies: Osborne.
TASTING
View: Dark mahogany color with brown nuances.
Nose: Elegant notes of oak wood very well integrated with the delicate aroma of wine holanas obtained in alquitara, highlighting aromas of vanilla and cocoa along with delicious aging perfumes, plums and raisins.
Mouth: Soft, unctuous and velvety with a very intense and complex finish in the mouth in which well-integrated notes of spices, nuts and chocolate stand out.
