Description
PREPARATION
The Conde de Osborne brandy is obtained from Holland and low-alcohol wine spirit (65º), which is aged for up to 5 years in American oak butts previously vinified with Pedro Ximénez sherry wine following the traditional dynamic aging system of Criaderas and Soleras.
TASTING
View: Dark mahogany with brown nuances.
Nose: Elegant notes of oak wood very well integrated with the delicate aroma of wine holanas obtained in alquitara, highlighting aromas of vanilla and cocoa along with delicious aging perfumes, plums and raisins.
Mouth: Soft, unctuous and velvety with a very intense and complex finish in the mouth in which well-integrated notes of spices, nuts and chocolate stand out.
