Description
PREPARATION
The production and aging process of Carlos III brandy is characterized by a special and careful assembly of the different spirits that are part of its composition and by the use in its aging of American oak butts previously vinified with Oloroso Sherry wines following the traditional dynamic aging system of Criaderas and Soleras.
TASTING
View: Golden amber color, with vivid transparency. Bright, luminous.
Nose: Brandy with balanced aromatic intensity, with notes of good distillate and enriched by fine pastry notes.
Mouth: Round, balanced, toasted touches of sweetness (pastry, nuts). Very elegant.
