PREPARATION
Aqua Ambre is the very essence of the Bernard family's know-how. The production of fine wine spirits has been the family brand for 4 generations since Lucien Bernard founded the company in Bordeaux in 1928. It is born from a selection of brandies from France (Charente-Cognac and Armagnac) and South Africa aged for a minimum of 3 years in Bordeaux cellars.
This creation by Masterblender Christine Schaad will be equally interesting to discerning brandy drinkers and fans of this select drink.
TASTING
View: Bright deep golden color.
Nose: Aromas of honey, pepper and stone fruits.
Mouth: Dominant flavors of dried figs, raisins and sweet oats are followed by a smooth, medium-bodied palate; a touch of spice with a warm and persistent finish.
