PREPARATION
The Jonge Bols Graanjenever Gin is made according to the original Lucas Bols recipe from 1820. In total there are 14 components that enrich and give flavor to this recipe from the Lucas Bols Distilleries, one of the oldest in the world, founded in the city of Amsterdam at the end of the 16th century (1575).
It is a Premium gin created from lightly distilled pure Dutch grain alcohol and a complex mix of botanicals: the gin classics (juniper, angelica, orris root, coriander and licorice) plus other special ones: anise, ginger, apricot and chamomile. It is high in a single grain distillate called "malt wine", which gives Jonge Bols Jenever its characteristic flavor.
