PREPARATION
Star of Bombay Gin is made with the same botanicals used in the production of classic Bombay Sapphire: juniper berries from Italy, Paradise grains from West Africa, coriander seeds from Morocco, house bark from Indochina, iris root from Italy, licorice from China, lemon peel from Spain, cubeba berries from Java, angelica root from Saxony and almonds from Spain, with 2 additional botanicals carefully selected and slowly distilled for a more intense flavor: Ambrette seeds from Ecuador and bergamot orange peel slowly dried and hand-picked in Calabria. To preserve the integrity of these 12 botanicals, the steam infusion process is slowed and they are distilled for longer. This guarantees richer aromas and more intense flavors.
