Fino lemons, tangerines and Navel oranges from Murcia, citrus fruits of exceptional quality, are picked and peeled by hand during a late harvest, when their aromas and flavors are most intense. Master botanist Ivano Tonutti collaborates closely with local suppliers and farmers using sustainable, artisanal methods to grow the highest quality fruit. It is then the combined experience of the master botanist and the master distiller that gives life to this exceptional spirit.
