Description
PREPARATION
The botanicals used to make Bombay Sapphire East gin are the same ones used in the making of classic Bombay Sapphire: juniper berries from Italy, Paradise grains from West Africa, coriander seeds from Morocco, house bark from Indochina, iris root from Italy, licorice from China, lemon peel from Spain, cubeba berries from Java, root of angelica from Saxony and almonds from Spain, to which are added Thai lemongrass and Vietnamese black peppercorns. All 12 combine during the steam infusion to create a gin that truly stands out from the rest.
CATA
View: Colorless, clear and light.
Nose: Aroma of lemon and black pepper with slight notes of botanicals.
Mouth: On the palate, as on the nose, lemon and black pepper take center stage, accompanied in this case by juniper.
