PREPARATION
The secret of Bombay Dry Gin lies in the proportion of each component, which makes this Dry Gin unique and inimitable. It is made based on the traditional recipe created in 1761, using 8 botanicals: juniper berries from Italy, angelica root from Saxony, almonds from Spain, licorice from China, house bark from Indochina, coriander seeds from Morocco, lemon peel from Spain and iris root from Italy, which are steam infused, never boiled. By distilling the ingredients in this way, they manage to impregnate each drop with their characteristic flavors. It is distilled 5 times in an original copper still from 1831. This meticulous process aromatizes the alcohol with botanical aromas; Subsequently, without adding any type of concentrate or additive, it is diluted only with water, reducing its alcohol content until obtaining the desired concentration to finally be bottled.
