PREPARATION
Bombay Bramble Blackberry & Raspberry Infusion has an incredible aromatic delicacy, the use of 10 herbs and spices gives it a complex but subtle aroma. It is inspired by the classic Bramble cocktail, but with a modern touch, as it is made with an infusion of freshly harvested blackberries and raspberries and a careful artisanal process. Instead of using artificial flavors, colors or added sugars after distillation, Bombay Bramble is made using the brand's unique steam infusion process. This sophisticated distillation method, which at the time marked the beginning of a new era of gin in terms of quality, allows the aroma of each of its botanical ingredients to be delicately extracted. Next, a natural infusion of blackberries and raspberries is added to the distillate, which are picked when they are most ripe to capture all their essence, thus giving it that unique flavor and color.
