Description
PREPARATION
Bolskan is a fresh, elegant Premium Spanish gin with its own character. For its production, neutral grain alcohol, spring water from the Pyrenees is used and it is macerated with different botanicals, among which the Pyrenean angelica root, basil from Huesca and peach from Bajo Cinca stand out, and then it is distilled three times in an old copper still with steam. The botanicals used are: Juniper (Juniperus communis), Huesca basil (Ocimum basilicum), peach (Prunus persica), angelica root (Angelica archangelica), allspice (Pimenta dioica), cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), ginger (Zingiber officinale), orange and orange peel (Citrus x sinensis), cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) and nutmeg (Myristica fragrans).
