PREPARATION
The Benriach 24 Years Vintage 1997 whiskey was distilled on June 16, 1997 and aged for 24 years in a rum barrel before being bottled in 2021. Released periodically, each Cask Edition is hand-selected by master blender Rachel Barrie to celebrate a different facet of Benriach's fruit-laden character. Bottled just once and non-chill filtered, each Cask Edition captures a creative pursuit of Benriach single malt flavor.
