PREPARATION
To make Ballantine's 10 Years Old Scottish distillation and aging techniques are used, in small copper stills using American oak barrels to give it an American touch.
TASTING
View: Light gold color.
Nose: We find an explosion of fresh fruit with juicy red apple, black currant and lemon zest that are complemented by sweet notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak.
Mouth: In the mouth it is creamy and sweet with hints of apple sponge cake, custard, lemon yogurt. Notes of caramel stand out with a touch of toasted oak. Discreet and balanced finish.
