Aurum Golden Orange is an Italian sweet liqueur produced in Pescara since 1925. It goes wonderfully with sweets, especially with parozzo, another Pescara specialty. In addition to as a drink, it is often used as an ingredient for cakes or as a topping for ice cream.

PREPARATION
Aurum Golden Orange is one of the most appreciated specialties of Abruzzo; made from an infusion of brandy and citrus. Its name derives from the play on words between the Latin words aurum, which means gold, and aurantium, which means orange (fruit).
TASTING
View: Amber color.
Nose: Elegant and soft, floral aroma, with notes of brandy and Mediterranean smell of ripe citrus.
Mouth: Velvety and enveloping, with a rich flavor with clear notes of brandy and touches of oak barrels.
