Arzuaga Reserva 2018 is a red wine made by the Arzuaga winery. It is aged for 26 months in new French oak barrels and is made with Tinto Fino, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. It is perfect to accompany with blue fish and soft cheeses. Red meats, white meats, large game and feathered game, roasted or in sauce.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 96% Tinto Fino, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Merlot.
To make the wine Arzuaga Reserva 2018, the harvest is carried out manually with an exhaustive selection of the clusters in the vineyard itself, which are collected in boxes of no more than 15 kg. This red wine is aged for 26 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
At sight it has a maroon color with purple trim. Clean and bright.
Nose:
The nose presents an aromatic complexity, dominated by ripe red fruits that come from the aromas of the grape. It also contains aromas of roasted and spicy aromas from a clean and subtle barrel.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is unctuous, velvety and tasty. It is an elegant wine with great persistence.
Recommended temperature: serve between 16º-18ºC.
