Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Grenache.
To make the red wine Artazu Pasos De San Martin a manual harvest is carried out in 15 kg boxes with selection of clusters and berries. It is vinified in open tanks, with cold maceration for 48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with twice-daily treading and a small pump-over. Malolactic in barrel. Aged for 12 months in 500 liter French oak barrels.
