Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make Artadi Quintanilla red wine, a manual harvest is carried out in 15 kg boxes with selection of clusters and berries. It is vinified in open tanks with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with daily treading and a small pumping over. Malolactic in barrel. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Cherry red color. Clean and bright with a medium-high layer.
Nose:
Very intense and expressive aroma of ripe red and black fruit in combination with mineral notes and wild aromatic herbs.
Mouth:
Balanced. Notes of very fresh ripe fruit predominate. Long finish.
