Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make the red wine Artadi La Poza Ballesteros 2019, a manual harvest is carried out in 15 kg boxes with grape selection in the vineyard itself. In the winery, a cold maceration is carried out for 24-48 hours before fermenting with native yeasts in open wooden vats for 10-12 days, with daily treading and some small pumping over. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels, where it remains for 12 months.

Nose:
The nose presents aniseed and menthol notes, with aromas of undergrowth, black fruit, truffle and earth.
Mouth:
On the palate it contains nuances of very ripe and seasoned fruit, with structured and warm tannins.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
