Bodegas Antonio Serrano has taken up the ancestral method of aging and preserving wine in clay jars, to create modern, ecological and high-quality wines. With this vision, and the peculiarity of the vineyards themselves, which are located between 750 and 1,000 meters of altitude in the heart of the La Mancha plain, this family winery has been created where respect for the terroir, the vines and the grapes are the priority. Young Tempranillo is a sweet and explosive wine, youthful and refreshing.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Cencibel
From centuries-old and high altitude vineyards. From native varieties, in glass and dry land. Organic, sustainable and respectful viticulture. After a first selection in the vineyard, the grapes go through a cooling process in the winery. The wine matures in centuries-old clay jars where it remains between 2 and 3 months.
