PREPARATION
Tres Caires Extra Dry Anise is made from anise seeds, alcohol, water and sugar. The history of Tres Caires anise or cassella dates back more than 100 years and its preparation continues with the same traditional recipe and without adding artificial chemicals. It is distilled in centuries-old stills and the process lasts more than 15 hours. The name Tres Caires (three corners) comes from the characteristic triangular shape of the bottle, the original idea of Jordi Perelló Serra, a true entrepreneur and visionary who had the initiative to patent its design back in 1927, although it dates back to approximately 1895.
TASTING
View: Colorless, transparent and shiny.
Nose: Intense and full aroma.
Mouth: Dry and persistent flavor.
