Description
PREPARATION
Anís del Mono Seco has an unmistakable flavor with a long tradition made with quality raw materials: star anise, matalahúva and coriander. Anise and cane sugar give it that flavor so known and loved by so many generations. The natural anise seed and other aromatic plants are distilled in copper stills, obtaining the essential oils that will be mixed with cane sugar, demineralized water and top quality neutral alcohol. This is how the anise mixture is obtained, which is then gently shaken, filtered and finally bottled.
