Description
PREPARATION
Dried Anís Chinchón is made from the best carefully selected green anise seeds from Matalahúva, alcohol and water, following the traditional method of distillation in stills and using exclusively natural ingredients. The stills for distillation are made of electrolytic copper, an inert material that prevents any unwanted odor or flavor from being added to the final distillate of the charge. This anise with a great tradition in Spain is housed within the Chinchón Geographical Denomination to give shape to a product of the highest quality and with its own personality.

Nose:
Clean, intense and frank aroma of distilled anise.
